Shipping Policy
Shipping Method
Processing time takes 3-5 business days. Shipping is 2-3 business days after processing.
Our standard domestic shipping through USPS is $7.99 with a delivery time of 2-3 business days. International shipments are sent through FedEx with a price of $15.99 and a delivery time of 2-7 business days. Free shipping is only applied to domestic orders of $75+ and international orders of $100+. Shipping fees are non refundable.

Delivery Claims

Pynk Matrixx does not hold responsibility for packages once they are marked as 'delivered' by the mail carrier. No refunds or credits will be issued once packages are marked as 'delivered'.

Reserved Rights
​
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, Pynk Matrixx reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided. We do not change shipping addresses from the address that is on file at checkout and cannot guarantee order cancellation once placed.
Additionally, Pynk Matrixx reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
• An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
• An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Pynk Matrixx also reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Return & Exchange Policy
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Reminder that all lingerie and intimate items can not be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons. Robes and accessories can be returned.
• Items must have all tags attached, if applicable.
• Any returns must be made at your own cost. You must retain you proof of postage until you have received your refund or exchange in the event that your order is lost on its way back to Pynk Matrixx.
